Beijú - Prosciutto & Arugula

INGREDIENTS
Beijú
Cheese
Tomato
Prosciutto
Arugula
A little bit of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1) In a warm pan, spread a layer of Beijú to evenly cover the bottom of the pan; increase the heat to medium and wait it to become a single flatbread.
2) When the edges start to lift it’s time to flip it. Lower the heat and add your favorite fillings or toppings, just as in a crepe, sandwich or pizza.
3) You can fold it or eat it like a pizza; it is delicious with savory and sweet recipes, use your creativity.
